Searching Apocalypse

Ever  since I was a kid ,I have been hearing stories about various ways the humanity is going to end. There are so many stories out there, while some are very practical and vivid in detail, some are just bat shit crazy. We are a generation that is crazy about our own extinction. We make movies that are so detailed, youtube videos on different ways the world’s going to end, games ,TV series and so on…

My first real encounter was the movie The Day After Tomorrow .The earth’s glaciers melting, the instant ice age and ships in the middle of the street , I was so excited after seeing the movie and not a bit sad. In-fact I was eagerly waiting for it to happen and wished it would happen.  I never really understood why?

It has always eluded me as to why we are such an apocalyptic frenzy species. The more I think of it , It started to make little sense.

I think that we hate the world we live in now and want to change it but don’t know how.So being disgusted by of our state of life and our helplessness to change it .We want this life to end  but surviving no matter what being our most predominant animal instinct , we don’t want to end life. But unconsciously we play out different scenarios where the humanity gets wiped out . We don’t want our species to perish we just want a fresh start on a clean slate after all we are survivors . So we wonder what would happen in a post apocalyptic world . I think that the same old shit repeats where we are not satisfied with what we need. And this cycle goes on.

If you want to be happy, be.

Trip To Vattakanal

This is my first trip after getting the habit of being stoned. We are four friends that decided to go to Kodaikanal(kodai).
So ,
We have started on our way to kodai in a bus after getting  quite high. After reaching Kodai ,It was so cold for us that we forgot the luggage and started searching for fags nearby.Luckily not all of us are not still stoned. One of my friends stayed back to look after luggage.Let’s call him Saad, and then myself Vale ,Visar and Haggi.

There by the busstand we found a taxi driver oh wait… he found us with fags in our hands ,shivering by the side walk with an excited gaze around. He walked towards us and asked us where should we go. But in this excitement we forgot the name of the place but seeing our faces he quickly assumed it to be Vattakanal and we nodded

After getting in taxi we asked him about MM and he took its somewhere inside the city and we scored ,then we are on our way to Vatta, Now it’s time to light a J ,to our surprise the driver also smokes.
There we were with a J in the hand ,greenery all around us and ganja babe song in the background. I will never forget that moment and that driver was worse than us he stopped on the ghat road to make an another J and finally we came to Vatta .
We took a room there and refreshed and again went back to kodai to bring alcohol and food.  It was around 3 we popped MM a dozen each and went out for a walk . It was a mild trip and we walked towards  a cliff and sat there for sometime

On returning to the room we had our little alcohol session. And we searched again for MM and we found them by night and popped them and sat near campfire but this time there was hardly any effect and by the time they started showing effects we were so tired that we didn’t even got out of bed.

And the next morning we decided to see the famous places of Kodai as any ordinary tourist would do, but we scored some MM on the way and popped them at Bear shola falls and went to see other places but this time they had no effect. And so we started on our way back by evening .Oh I forgot to mention ,all this was done while pulling bongs at regular intervals. This was our little weekend trip.

I have always been fascinated by mountains and this trip was my introduction to mountains or their to me.The calmness of the howling wind, the pleasantness of the scary heights, the happiness of the slow moving people left me with an everlasting  quench
